Cordx Ovulation Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection self-testing of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine to predict the time of ovulation.
When urine specimen is drawn through the sample pad, the LH present in the urine will react with the mouse anti-ß LH monoclonal antibody on the conjugate pad and the mouse anti-a LH monoclonal antibody on the test line, resulting in the development of visible lines in the test region.
