CorDx Follicle Stimulating Hormone Test Midstream 1’s

CorDx Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) Test is a home urine test that checks for a hormone which increases as women approach menopause. A prominent, colored line indicates high FSH levels, potentially suggesting the onset of menopause. It is advisable to consult a medical professional for further evaluation and guidance.

Directions: (Read the Instructions for Use carefully before performing the test.)

Allow the test device to equilibrate to room temperature (15 ~ 30°C) prior to testing.
Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
Remove the cap to expose the absorbent tip.
Hold the test device by the thumb grip, with the absorbent tip pointing downwards.
Place the absorbent tip in direct urine stream for at least 3 seconds until it is thoroughly wet.
Place the test device on a flat surface with the result window facing upwards.
Read the result between 5 and 10 minutes.

Be careful not to urinate in the result window.
Results read after 10 minutes may be inaccurate.
Recommended to collect urine at a consistent time each day throughout the cycle. For the best results, test the first morning urine.

Cautionary:

Do not touch the membrane located in the result window.
Do not open the foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test.
