CorDx Ultra Early Pregnancy Test Midstream 2’s

CorDx Ultra-Early Pregnancy Test is a home pregnancy test, which analyzes urine for the pregnancy hormone hCG, enables prompt determination of pregnancy status. Notably, it can detect pregnancy as early as 6 days prior to missed menstruation.

Directions: (Read the Instructions for use carefully before performing the test.)

Remove the test kit from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.
Remove the Cap to expose the Absorbent Tip.
Hold the test kit by the Thumb Grip with the Absorbent Tip pointing downwards.
Option 1: Place the Absorbent Tip in direct urine stream for at least 5 seconds until it is thoroughly wet. Be careful not to urinate in the result window. [OR]
Option 2: Collect urine specimen in a clean container and immerse the Absorbent Tip in the urine for 20 seconds.
Re-cap the test kit and lay it on a flat surface with the Result Window facing upwards.
Read the test results within 5 minutes.

Do not hold the kit with the Absorbent Tip pointing upwards throughout testing.
The test may be used at any time of day. However, first-morning urine usually contains the highest concentration of hCG.
Results read after 5 minutes may be inaccurate.
